The good news is that TX-1696 will run on any next 1Mb or 2Mb, with or without a Pi. We got you covered!
From a firmware point of view, if you have a KS1 Next, please check that your next has the following (KS2 nexts dont need to!):

On a Windows/mac/linux machine Copy the TX-1696 from this zip file into the root of your SD card so it’s in C:\Tx-1696\
To run the game use the browser to navigate into the the c:\tx-1696\ directory and press enter on run-tx-1696.bas
IMPORTANT! TX-1696 runs as 50Hz – it wont run at 60Hz. The above basic loader program ensures all is well with your config to run the game.

Q: Will TX1696 run at 60Hz
A: No, our game is designed to run at 50Hz only. It uses too many CPU cycles per frame to work at 60Hz.
Q: Will TX1696 run on an emulator?
A: We have tested TX1696 on the current version of C-spect by Mike Daily and runs and plays fine. Please note TX1696 is designed to work on hardware only and is not officially supported on emulation.
Q: Will TX1696 run on the N-go or X-berry Pi?
A: Yes! Absolutely, the N-Go and X-berry are fantastic spectrum next clones and work perfectly.
Q: I have none accelerated 1mb version of the spectrum next. Will the game still run?
A: TX1696 is designed to run on all spectrum nexts with 1mb or 2mb of Ram. TX1696 also does not need the raspberry pi zero to run.

Q: Does Technoshed software ship internationally?

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We’ve charged Royal mail Large letter + cost of packaging – For the physical DVD game that’s currently set to £3.90
Q: When will my order ship?
A: If in showing in stock then it will ship within 1-2 working days.
Q: My game was damaged during shipping. What do I do?

A: Create a second order – it will make no difference to cost.
ACCOUNT
Q: How do I activate my account?
A: You will receive an email when you sign up – you just need to click the activation link. If you cant find it after checking spam please make contact.
Q: How do I reset my password for my Technoshed Account?
A: There is a reset option on the login page.
Q: Is my payment information safe?
A: The payment info is stored by woo payments/stripe. These are global organisations with proper storage precautions. No information is ever 100% safe, but this is of a good standard.
